About this service
Plain answers about who runs MidlandHydroExcavation.com, what we do, and what we don't.
Who runs this site
MidlandHydroExcavation.com is operated by Voraus LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. We run a small number of local request sites, each focused on one kind of job in one area. We are a matching service. We are not a hydro-excavation contractor, we don't perform any work, we don't employ the providers we refer you to, and we don't hold ourselves out as a local business at any address in Midland.
What we do
When you send a request through this site or call the number shown, we pass your request to one independent local hydro-excavation contractor that serves your area and does the kind of work you described. That provider contacts you directly, talks through your job, and gives you a quote. Any agreement, price, schedule, warranty and permit responsibility is between you and that provider.
Hitting a pipeline or power line is dangerous and expensive. Hydro excavation reduces that risk, but only when done by trained crews with the right equipment. We focus on one thing: getting your job details to a contractor who works the basin, quickly.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or post your request to a list of companies. Your request goes to one provider at a time.
- We don't inspect, license, certify or guarantee providers or their work. A match is not an endorsement.
- We don't publish reviews, ratings or testimonials, and we don't invent them.
- We don't quote prices. Only the provider can price your job after learning the details.
How we're paid
The service is free to you. Providers may pay Voraus LLC a fee for referrals or for the calls and requests we send them. You never pay us anything, and you're always free to get quotes from anyone else.
Before you hire anyone
Confirm the provider's licensing and registration where your job requires it, ask for a certificate of insurance, get the scope and price in writing, and confirm who is pulling any permits. The questions on our FAQ page are a good starting point.
